Minnie Mouse Inspired Party hat is made from premium heavy card stock paper with red and white polka dots on the bottom portion and black on the top. The hat is embellished with black Mickey ears along with a red and white polka dot bow on the top. The birthday child's number is made from black card stock and popped up to feature the age. The hat is finished off with a tulle pom-pom and black stretch cord.
