The hat is made from premium cardstock with pop up Bubble Guppies and the age of child. The hat is adorned with pink and blue ribbon for the top pom pom. The hat pictured is made with pink and blue bubble print cardstock and features Molly, Deema and Oona.

Another version is offered in pics, with purple and pink bubbles adorned with pink and purple ribbon, please specify in notes to seller if you prefer this version.
